Ich habe eine defekte Tasche bekommen. Es wird nicht auf mails geantwortet. Auf einen Chat nur zeitversetzt. Defekte Artikel müssen auf eigene Kosten retourniert werden (nach NL).

Thank you for your review. We are surprised by your comments, as we contacted you several times by email and also replied via chat, but unfortunately we did not receive a response from you.
We would also like to clarify that defective items are always exchanged at our expense. Customers initially pay the return shipping costs themselves, but we reimburse these in full immediately once the return has been arranged. In your case, we even went a step further and created a prepaid return label for you as a gesture of goodwill.
We would therefore appreciate it if you could update or remove your review so that it reflects what actually happened.
