At All-time Favourites, we’re all about quality. But we also recognize that sometimes unexpected issues can arise, which is why we offer a warranty to give you that extra peace of mind. Before you contact us, please take a moment to check if your bag is still covered by our warranty period and the criteria below.


  • Warranty Period

We provide a 6-month warranty for all our bags and a 1-year coverage specifically for zippers. Please note that sale items, such as items bought in our annual Final Five Favourites (FFF) sale, are excluded from this warranty.

  • Coverage Criteria

Our warranty applies to factory and production errors. However, it’s important to note that it does not cover damages resulting from improper or excessive use, neglect, exposure to extreme elements, solvents, acids, water, sun (e.g., discoloration), normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling), or transportation damage (e.g., airline mishaps). Additionally, decorative elements such as buttons, stones, sequins, or other embellishments are not covered.

  • Repairs & Replacements

As long as your item still falls within the warranty period and meets the coverage criteria, we will gladly repair or replace it free of charge. Whether it will be repaired or replaced is up to us. If the exact product or model is no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement of equal value.

  • How to File a Complaint

If you’ve received a defective bag, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us within 5 days of receipt via email at info@alltimefavourites.com. For us to process your complaint efficiently, ensure that the original tags remain attached to the item and that you retain the original packaging with corresponding barcodes.
