No, we used to. But now we only sell our bags via our online web shop.
Our large tote bag can carry up to 10kg (22lbs). That's the equivalent of 2 bowling balls, or 7 bottles of wine. You choose. :)
Yes, definitely! All our tote bags work super well as hand luggage. They are cabin friendly and allowed on board because they are soft and can be made to fit under your chair or in the overhead luggage compartment.
But keep an eye on the weight! Every airline has its own carry-on limits, usually around 10kg (22lbs). Which also happens to be the max weight our large totes can carry.
No, please don't throw our bags in washing machine. That can cause the special coating or the prints to fade or come off. It's best to gently wash your bag by hand with cold water. (No, the 'hand-wash' cycle on your machine doesn't count. Nice try!)
We cannot guarantee next-day delivery, but we try! The earlier in the day (M-F) we get your order, the better the chances are we can get your bag to the courier the same day. We can't control what the couriers do from that point on, but very often they deliver to our customers within 24 hours. You will get a tracking number right away so you can follow your bag's progress.
First try to make the payment again with the same card or method or try a different card or method (iDeal, PayPal, Credit card, Mastercard, or Giropay).
If the problem persists, go ahead and contact us and we can help you troubleshoot. Just keep in mind that payments must be done via the web shop, we don't accept bank transfers.

If you made a mistake on your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatApp or at email@example.com.
If the item has already shipped, there is nothing we can do about it. But some couriers call you or send a failed delivery notice, giving you an opportunity to correct the error and try again.
If your order went through correctly, you will always automatically receive an order confirmation email from us right away.
If you did not receive one, check your spam email box.
Also keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. Once you get that, it's a good sign that your order went through okay.
In the mean time, check your bank statement to see if you have a charge from us. If not, the order did not go through and you should probably just try again.

We'll send your digital gift card to your email immediately after you order it. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

We charge our customers for shipping. Shipping costs for home delivery are €4.95 within the Netherlands, but will vary by country.

In most cases, the package really has been delivered. First, check with reception if you had it sent to work, or ask the other people in your house or your neighbors.
No luck? Then contact the delivery or courier service. They often know exactly where and when a package has been delivered, and sometimes even have a photo of the drop-off location.

You can return you order within 14 days of purchase. Make your return request here.
Always save your return tracking code, without it we can't do anything about items that get lost during the return process.
The return item must be visibly unused and undamaged, with all labels still attached, and with the original plastic packaging with the corresponding barcode on it.
SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged (See Shipping & Returns).
Returns are processed within a few days, but during busier periods this can take a little longer. We strive to process all returns within 14 days.
We will repay the full amount of your order via the same payment method you used to placed your order.
No, unfortunately we cannot exchange items.
But, if the bag you bought has not been used and you have the original tags and original packaging (with the corresponding bar code), you can return it to us and place a new order for the bag you want.
First check if your bag is still covered by our 6-month warranty (1-year for zippers). Then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and report your defect as extensively as possible. State your order number and send us photos.
If covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the bag free of charge.
The warranty period on all our bags is 6 months after purchase. And 1 year for zippers.
Our warranty applies to factory errors and production errors. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wrong or (intensive) use, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, sun (eg discoloration/feature of the colour), normal wear and tear (for example ( eg pills) or transport damage (for example by airlines).
The warranty also does not cover lost or loose buttons, stones, sequins or other decorative details.
REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS
If your item is still covered by the warranty, we will repair it or replace it free of charge.
If the product or model is no longer in stock, we will replace it with a product or model of the same value.
HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT
If you received a defective bag, contact us within 5 days of receipt at email@example.com.
Complaints can only be processed if the original tags are still on the item and you still have the original packaging (with corresponding bar codes).
