SHIPPING

Place your order Monday to Friday before 10:00 PM CET and we'll ship it the same day, unless stated otherwise. In most cases, your order will get delivered the next day—but the delivery date and time will vary depending on the courier and any other issues outside of our control. So while we can't guarantee next-day delivery, we get pretty close!

Shipping confirmation

We'll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as we ship your package.

RETURNS

Make your return request HERE.

Requirements for making a return:

  • You can make a return within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Make a note of your tracking code. We cannot investigate or process items lost during the return process.
  • Return items must be visibly unused and undamaged.
  • Original labels must still be attached to the return items.
  • Return items must be wrapped in the original plastic packaging with their corresponding barcode. Don't put it in the packaging of another item.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we have received your return, our warehouse will inspect and process it. After approval, your refund or store credit will be issued within 14 working days of your return being received.

If you choose store credit, you will receive a gift card valid for 2 years, so you can shop for your favourite item whenever you're ready.

Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items. But we do want you to end up with your perfect All-time Favourites bag!

Simply return your item and place a new order. You can choose between a refund or store credit. If you choose store credit, your return will be free of charge.
