Shipping & Returns


Place your order Monday to Friday before 10:00 PM CET and we'll ship it the same day, unless stated otherwise. In most cases, your order will get delivered the next day—but the delivery date and time will vary depending on the courier and any other issues outside of our control. So while we can't guarantee next-day delivery, we get pretty close!


We deliver throughout Europe (not to the UK).

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and weight.

We'll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as we ship your package.


Make your return request here.

Requirements for making a return:

  • You can make a return within 14 days of your purchase.
  • You cannot return or exchange sale items.
  • You pay for any return shipping costs.
  • Make a note of your tracking code. We cannot investigate or process items lost during the return process.
  • Return items must be visibly unused and undamaged.
  • Original labels must still be attached to the return items.
  • Return items must be wrapped in the original plastic packaging with their corresponding barcode. Don't put it in the packaging of another item.


Once we have received your return, our warehouse will process it and we will send you a credit note by email. We will refund the amount of your purchase within 14 working days to the same account you used for payment.


Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items. But we really want you to love the All-time Favourites bag you choose. So you can always return the item to us and place a new order. Just follow the instructions for returns above.
