Privacy policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data of all our users in relation to the goods and/or services of All-time Favourites S.L.U. (hereinafter: ‘ATF’). This Privacy Policy describes how such data processing takes place and for which purposes this information is processed. This Privacy Policy also explains our cookie policy. By using ATF goods and/or services and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the user agrees to the following conditions that apply to such use.

 

Providing personal data is not mandatory

A user will at all times have the choice whether or not to provide or disclose their personal data. It is, however, necessary to provide ATF with your personal data to be able to use some of our goods and/or services. Wherever you are asked to enter your details, ATF will specify which information is ‘required’ in order for you to be able to use the goods and/or services and which information is ‘optional’.

 

Processing of personal data

When a user uses ATF goods and/or services, ATF processes their personal data, specifically their name, street address, and email address. Additionally, when a user purchases goods and/or services from ATF, the user’s financial details, such as a bank account number are also processed by ATF, if and to the extent that this information is needed to process the payment for the goods and/or services purchased.

 

ATF processes personal data for one or more of the purposes listed below:

a.            when the user enters a contract with ATF, for the formation of the contract and the performance of that contract;

b.            for the sake of administrative processing, to offer and/or deliver the agreed goods and/or services to the user;

c.            for the sake of billing, where this concerns one or more paid goods and/or services. In the event of non-payment, we may pass on the claim to third parties, such as a debt collection agency.

 

In the instances specified above, in order to carry out the contract ATF requires the user’s name, street address, bank account details, and email address.

 

ATF furthermore processes personal data:

d.            where the user has given their consent for such, to send the user newsletters, offers, user information, service messages and/or other electronic messages that may be of interest to the user;

e.            where the user has given their consent for such, to make a targeted offer to the user or for other promotional purposes, sending this by email, for example.

 

In the instances specified above, the personal data, specifically the email address, is only used for these purposes with the express consent of the user.

 

Lastly, ATF processes personal data:

f.             to manage, analyse, maintain and optimise our goods and/or services, to ensure the security of our goods and/or services, and to prevent misuse and/or fraud with respect to our goods and/or services;

g.            to prepare strategic analyses and reports regarding our goods and/or services; and/or

h.            when a user visits one of our desktop or mobile websites, our servers may also automatically store information such as URLs, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of the visit to our websites and/or apps.

 

In the instances specified above, ATF has a legitimate interest in processing the personal data concerned.

 

ATF will process the personal data provided for the provision of our products and/or services only, and in particular exclusively for the purpose for which such personal data are collected.

 

User’s rights

All our users have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as other rights such as data portability and objection to processing.

Transferring personal data to third parties

Except as stated below, only persons authorised by ATF to secure and/or otherwise process personal data and/or perform IT maintenance work have access to users’ personal data. For the data processing purposes listed in this Privacy Statement, we have engaged a data processor with whom we have concluded a contract that ensures that the data processor provides sufficient safeguards in terms of technical and organisational security measures.

 

If, despite our data security measures, you discover a data breach, this is a very important and urgent matter and so we ask that you inform ATF of this immediately. You can report data breaches directly to: info@alltimefavourites.com. Your report and information will be treated confidentially at all times.

 

ATF will not provide its users’ personal data to third parties in any other instances unless this is required to provide its goods and/or services, to comply with a legal requirement, or in an emergency, to the extent that, at ATF’s reasonable discretion, this is in the interest of our users. This also includes compliance with subpoenas, court orders and lawful requests from authorities, actions to detect or prevent loss, damage or fraud, or actions to ensure the security of our network and our goods and/or services.

 

Cookies

Our website places cookies, that’s to say small data files, on the user’s device if the user has consented to this. More information about our use of cookies can be found in the accompanying cookie policy.

 

Retention periods

Personal data will only be retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and processed as stated above. If the law stipulates a longer retention period, the retention period prescribed by law applies.

 

Security

ATF has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect users’ personal data against loss or unlawful processing, including (i) storing such data in a secure database with passwords; and (ii) ensuring that payments/payment orders to ATF are processed in secure payment systems.
