Ik heb heel veel tassen van jullie maar ik vind deze tegenvallen - verzending duurde ook enorm lang en communicatie was stroef. Het was een cadeau maar als je iets ruim 2.5 week later krijgt dan is de verrassing er wel vanaf.

Bedankt voor je feedback Femke. We vinden het erg jammer om te horen dat je deze ervaring als minder positief hebt ervaren.

Helaas hebben we te maken gehad met flinke vertragingen doordat de boot door allerlei externe factoren later arriveerde dan gepland. We hebben geprobeerd iedereen hier zo goed mogelijk over te informeren via de mail social media en website, maar het spijt ons dat dit niet zo is overgekomen. We begrijpen dat dit erg vervelend is, zeker als het om een cadeau gaat.
